Palster is a community and social networking platform that helps people connect authentically, share ideas, and build meaningful interactions. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Palster.com, our mobile site, and related products or services (collectively, the "Service"). When you create an account or use Palster, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and related policies.

3. Using Palster
a. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country). You confirm you can form a binding agreement, are not prohibited by law, and provided accurate registration details. If your account is disabled for violations, you may not create another without permission.
b. Your Account: You're responsible for safeguarding your login and for activity under your account. If you suspect compromise, email immediately.
4. Your Commitments
Use your real identity — no impersonation or fake accounts. Do not post content that is unlawful, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, discriminatory, spammy, or malicious. Do not collect/harvest user data or misuse our APIs/automation. Respect others and contribute positively to the community.
5. Permissions You Give to Palster
a. Your Content: You own your content. By posting, you grant Grant Networks, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, use, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and promote your content on Palster. This license ends when you delete your content/account, except where backups persist or shares remain with others.
b. Your Name and Profile: We may use your username, display name, and photo to identify you in posts, messages, and public areas.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, logos, trademarks, and technology on Palster are owned by Grant Networks, LLC or licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without written permission.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Optional premium features and virtual credits ("Palneum") may be offered. By purchasing, you authorize our processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Maya) to charge your method. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law, and you are responsible for applicable taxes. Unauthorized disputes may lead to suspension.

9. Community Standards

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palster and Grant Networks, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Our total liability is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grant Networks, LLC and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from claims arising out of your use, your content/interactions, or your violation of these Terms or others' rights.

We may update these Terms. If significant changes are made, we'll notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Delaware, United States law governs these Terms. Disputes are subject to the courts of Delaware, USA.
